How do I reserve a Meeting Room or a Hot Desk?

You can make a reservation for a meeting room or a hot desk via either the Member’s Portal or on the SG FinTech Bay app.

For both meeting room and hot desk reservations, we have a first-come, first-served policy and recommend making a reservation as early as possible to guarantee availability. 

What are SG FinTech Bay's Conference Room sizes?

Generally, our conference rooms accommodate teams of 4–15 and our studio can accommodate teams of 12.

What is a Hot Desk?

A hot desk provides access to a designated work area in a shared common room, working side-by-side with other SG FinTech Bay members. You’ll have ample space to set up your laptop for the day, a power port and Wi-Fi. In addition, you also have access to a host of amenities specific to the building.

When can I reserve a workspace?

Hot Desk can be reserved Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm local time. You can reserve as many days as you would like on an a la carte basis at a cost of 2 reservation credits per day.

I booked a Meeting Room / Hot Desk at the wrong location. How can I change it?

You may edit your reservation with no time limitation. You can edit your reservations both via the Member Network and on the SG FinTech Bay app.

I just reserved a Meeting Room. How do I register my guests?

To register guests, please log on to the Member’s portal or the SG FinTech Bay app. You may register as many guests as allotted for the particular conference room, including yourself.

Can guests visit me in my Private Office?

Yes. Just make sure you register them either via the Member’s portal or the SG FinTech Bay app.

Is there a retainer or set up fee required to secure a Dedicated Desk / Private Office?
